Logia And Haki Defence

I think the Logia And Haki Defence should be a passive thing, not a manual skill .
Instead of having to press D when attacked, I think it should be like when a marine shoot a bullet, fiery holes should just appear in ace's body but no damage at all, I know this will make Logia-Users very strong, but c'mon now, that's just how they are . I'm not a fan of logia-users but I think the game should be like the anime Very Happy


I'm more of a fan of Rokushiki-Users, like Lucci xD

Please use different colors/font types ~A-MAN
i think ^ he mean use diff fonts and no diff colors EDIT: or did he not??~pack

Lets see...
First of all, One Piece world is really complicated to be made into a game. And even if everything was put as in the anime, the game would really suck. Also, imagine how it would go with contests, tournaments and these kind of stuff. A fan of Buggy would find out that he is unable to touch 50% of the characters in game, making the character feels useless. It would be like "You can't beat Aokiji, the logia user, except with a Haki user. Using any other characters would be useless", which would make the game extremely boring. Also, even if we compared the manual Logia system to the anime, it would be right. Logia users can't turn their body into their matter except when the intend to. And and evidence for this would be when luffy bumped strongly into Smoker at Arabasta. Smoker didn't turn into smoke then. I hope you've got my point now.

Alright! But this won't be done till demo 2.0, since it would be hard to remove the damage on the LF2 engine. All these stuff will be very easy to do on the new A-Engine Wink

Oh coz the thing is, I'm gonna start working on a One Piece Game ( Still unsure whether I wanna use lf2-engine or just design another game ) but I want to make something that isn't here yet, like so far I have not seen any game with all timeskip characters yet..

My Original Plan :
- One Piece Timeskip ( Events after Timeskip )
My Backup Plan :
- One Piece War ( Arabasta War, Skypiea War, and Marineford War )

well the reason you dont see a game with all the ts characters is because we haven't seen enough abilities to make a full set of moves from. I mean there are already alot of one piece mods so if you want it to be a good game you should design a new one.

How about this; if i'm playing as...freaking Aokiji, if i hold down D, I become ice and nothing can hit me. (Stamina depletes steadily while i hold D) But when i get hit, stuff goes through me, but my stamina depletes faster everytime i get hit. And as a bonus for haki users, if they hit Aokiji while he's in logia mode, he gets injured slightly but teleports behind them. (Again, uses more stamina) I think thats a good idea, because to start of all the special attacks (Well most of them) you have to press D first so...it might look cool. What do you guys think? That way I don't think haki users have that much more of an advantage over poor buggy Razz

I agree this would be a good idea keeping it balanced and also making it resemble the anime more.
